Ingredients

One polish Sausage
¼ Green peppers sliced Julianne
¼ red peppers sliced Julianne
¼ onions
Drizzle of olive oil
¼ teaspoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Oregano
One 8 inch hoagie roll
Tablespoon red wine vinegar
Two slices of mozzarella cheese

Directions

Put peppers, onions, vinegar and seasoning on flat top and sauté for about 3 min or desired texture add sausage and continue to sauté for another 3-4 min until sausage cooked through. Slice hoagie down middle add sausage, peppers and onions place cheese on and place in oven on broil for 1 min until cheese melts.
