Grilled Chicken Thighs Tuesday, May 20, 2014


3/4 cup dale’s Seasoning
1/3 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
2 TBSP chopped peeled fresh ginger
4 large garlic cloves, chopped
12 skinless boneless chicken thighs (about 3 pounds)


Whisk dale’s Seasoning, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic in large bowl. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Add chicken to marinade; toss to coat. Let marinate at room temperature 15 minutes. Brush grill with oil. Grill chicken until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
