Ingredients

An Angola recipe from Dollywood

2 tsp oil
2 onions, chopped
4 TBSP garlic, minced
1 TBSP ginger, minced
4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced small
4 lbs rough cut chicken, cooked
6 tomatoes, diced
2 cups frozen carrots
2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cloves, ground
1 tsp black pepper
4 tsp sugar
8 cups water
2 cups crunchy peanut butter

Directions

Heat oil on high in a pan. Add onion and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the chicken and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Add all other ingredients except peanut butter. Blend well. Add peanut butter by folding it in. Cook for an additional 3 minutes before serving.
