A dale’s Seasoning recipe

4 steaks, (T-bone or your favorite cut) 8 to 10 oz each and about 1 ½ inches thick
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ cup dale’s steak Seasoning
½ cup Dr. Pepper


Lightly coat the steaks with oil. Season evenly with garlic powder. Drizzle the dale’s Seasoning and Dr. Pepper over steaks. Let steaks stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before grilling. With the lid closed, grill the steaks over direct medium heat (400 to 450 deg) until cooked to desired doneness. Let rest for 3 minutes and serve warm.
