Ingredients
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
6 TBSP butter, melted and cooled
2 TBSP flour
2 TBSP cornmeal
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 9 inch deep dish pie shell, unbaked
Directions
Mix together sugar, cocoa, flour and cornmeal. Beat in the eggs and then the butter. Slowly stir in milk until fully blended. Stir in the vanilla. Pour into the pie shell and bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated 350 deg oven. Cool before slicing.
