Beef and Beans Taco Casserole Friday, September 10, 2010
1 lb lean ground beef
1 15 oz can diced Mexican style tomatoes, undrained
2 15 oz cans pinto beans, undrained
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 cups corn chips
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Brown ground beef and drain. Add tomatoes, beans, and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil and pour into a 1 ½ quart casserole. Top with chips and cheese. Bake at 350 deg about 25 minutes or until topping is browned.
