Chocolate Cookie Peanut Bars Wednesday, September 15, 2010

Ingredients

1 16 ½ oz refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
2 cups chocolate covered peanuts
1 cup miniature marshmallows
½ cup caramel ice cream topping

Directions

Press cookie dough into an ungreased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 deg for 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are just barely brown and center is set. Sprinkle with peanuts and marshmallows and drizzle with ice cream topping. Bake 6 to 8 minutes more or until marshmallows are puffed. Cool completely and cut into bars.
