Ingredients

1 9 inch deep dish pie shell, unbaked
3 cups apples, peeled, cored and sliced thin
3 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Spread apples slices evenly in pie shell. Blend together remaining ingredients and pour over apple slices. Bake in a preheated 350 deg oven about 45 minutes or until the cheese mixture is firm in the center and the top is lightly browned. Allow to cool and chill before serving.
