Big Orange Smokies Tailgating 9/25/2010


½ cup yellow mustard
1 jar Orange marmalade
1 lb smoked little sausages


Mix mustard and marmalade over medium heat until dissolved. Place sausages in heated mix. Simmer until completely heated. Serve hot or warm with toothpicks. To tailgate, place in a covered plastic container and keep in a thermal carrier.
