Healthy Lemon Custard (or pie filling) September 23, 2010

Ingredients

2 8 oz fat free, sugar free vanilla yogurt
1 fat free sugar free lemon pudding mix
8 oz low fat cool whip

Directions

Mix dry pudding mix with yogurt and stir until completely blended. Allow to stand in the refrigerator about 5 minutes to allow pudding to melt. Stir. Fold cool whip into yogurt mixture. Put into individual serving dishes or use to fill a low fat graham cracker pie shell. Cover and chill before serving.
