Potato Chip Chicken Casserole Tuesday, October 12, 2010


5 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz carton sour cream
1 can sliced water chestnuts
½ cup milk
2-3 cups crushed Terry’s potato chips (use your favorite flavor. I like sour cream and onion)


Sprinkle half of chips in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix chicken, soups, sour cream, water chestnuts and milk and carefully spread mixture evenly over chips. Sprinkle remaining chips over top of chicken mixture. Bake in a preheated 350 deg oven about 30 to 35 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
