Low Sugar Orange Stuff Monday, October 18, 2010
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
2 cups fat free cottage cheese
1 .44 oz pkg orange sugar free gelatin
1 8 oz pkg lite whipped topping
Mix fruit and cottage cheese. Sprinkle gelatin powder over and stir to mix. Fold in whipped topping. Place in a covered container and chill at least a few hours before serving.
