Pork Chops in an Asian Sauce Thursday, November 4, 2010
Ingredients
4 or 5 pork chops
2 TBSP cooking oil
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sugar
2 TBSP vinegar
2 TBSP sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Brown pork chops in oil on both sides. Add garlic and stir. Pour soy sauce, sugar and vinegar over the chops and bring to a full boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and allow to cook about 30 minutes on low heat, turning chops once or twice. Stir in sesame oil and serve over rice.
