Ingredients
A Gaylord Opryland Resort recipe
1 pkg stuffing mix
4 oz butter
8 oz water
3 oz diced onion
3 oz diced celery
3 oz dried cranberry
3 oz cooked/diced butternut squash
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp rubbed sage
1/3 tsp onion powder
12 4 oz chicken tenders
Panko bread crumbs
Salt/pepper
Directions
Heat water and butter together until butter melts. Add vegetables, cook for 3 min. Add stuffing mix and season, mix until all liquid is absorbed. Let cool. Pound chicken tenders, season with salt and pepper. Place 1 oz of stuffing on each chicken, and roll. Place on pan with seam side down. Top with breadcrumbs. Cook at 375 deg oven for 15-20 min, until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
