Pomegranate Salsa Tuesday, December 21, 2010
Ingredients
Susan Lambert
2 oranges, sectioned and chopped
1 pomegranate, seeds only
3 green onions, chopped
1 avocado, diced
juice from one lime
1 or 2 tsp honey
¼ tsp salt (Susan uses sea salt)
¼ tsp pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips. Susan says that you can also add 1 TBSP fresh cilantro, chopped and 2 TBSP minced jalapeno pepper, but she likes it better without them.
