1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1/4 cup water
1 3 oz can (2 cups) chow mein noodles
1 6 or 7 oz can tuna, drained
1 cup celery, sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
Dash of pepper
Combine soup and water. Add 1/2 of the chow mein noodles, tuna, celery, onion and pepper. Toss lightly. Place in a 11 x 7 inch (or similar size ungreased casserole. Sprinkle remaining chow mein noodles over top. Bake at 375 deg for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve hot.
