Brown Sugar Brownies Wednesday, February 23, 2011
1 ½ cups light brown sugar, packed
1 ½ cups (1 ½ sticks) butter, softened
3 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
¾ cup all purpose flour
1 ½ cups chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 325 deg. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with baking spray. In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter thoroughly. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in chocolate and stir in flour. Stir in nuts. Bake 25 minutes. Cool in pan and cut into squares.
