Spinach, blueberry and Strawberry salad Monday, February 28, 2011
1 pkg fresh baby spinach
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
low fat vinaigrette dressing (We used Emeril’s Balsamic Vinagrette)
Remove large stems from spinach. Add berries and toss to mix. Drizzle with dressing, toss again and serve.
