Based on A Martha Stewart Recipe
1 lb pizza dough from the dairy case
2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1 TBSP water
coarse salt and pepper
Coat an 8 inch square pan with olive oil. Divide pizza dough into 16 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place in pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and place in a warm place until doubled in bulk (about 40 to 45 minutes). Preheat oven to 350 deg. Brush rolls lightly with water and season with salt and pepper. Place in preheated oven and bake until golden brown (about 30 to 35 minutes). Serve warm.
