1 angel food cake
2 large pkg instant vanilla pudding mix (sugar free, fat free works fine)
2 cups low fat, fat free vanilla yogurt
3 ½ cups low fat milk
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Line an attractive bowl with a layer of cake slices. Prepare pudding with yogurt and milk. Add a layer of pudding using ¼ of pudding. Sprinkle with 1/3 of strawberries. Repeat layers ending with a sprinkle of strawberries. Chill for an hour (at least) before serving.
