2 cups self rising flour
1 cup heavy cream
Mix cream into flour until mixture forms a dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 4 or 5 turns. Pat out to about ½ inch thick and cut with a 2 inch cutter. Rework dough as necessary to use all the dough. Place onto a very lightly greased baking pan and bake at 400 deg about 12 to 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
