1 bought angel food cake
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 cups whipped topping, thawed
2 cups strawberries, sliced
2 cups blue berries


Slice cake horizontally into three pieces. Make the top slice of the cake the bottom layer, place on serving plate cut side up. Mix the vanilla pudding, sour cream and the whipped topping and spread 1/3 of it onto the cake layer. Cover with a layer of sliced strawberries. Place on the next layer of cake. Spread with the next 1/3 of pudding mixture and then a layer of blueberries. Place the remaining layer of cake on top with the cut side down. Spread the top with the remaining pudding mixture and top with an attractive arrangement of berries. Chill until ready to serve.
