Bow Tie Pasta Salad Thursday, June 2, 2011


8 oz bow tie pasta, uncooked
½ tsp salt
1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup celery, sliced thin
½ cup green onions, sliced
¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1 cup (4 oz) crumbled feta cheese (flavored feta works nicely in this)
fresh ground pepper


Prepare pasta according to pkg directions with ½ tsp salt in water. Drain well. Place pasta in a large bowl and add grape tomatoes, celery and green onions. Add balsamic dressing and toss to coat. Stir in feta and sprinkle with pepper. Serve warm or chill before serving.
