White Bean Dip Tuesday, August 23, 2011
Ingredients
1 15 oz can cannelloni beans, drained, rinsed and drained
2 cloves garlic
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP fresh rosemary (2 tsp dry rosemary)
2 to 4 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
Directions
Place all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor. Puree until smooth. If necessary, add additional oil to achieve desired texture. Chill before serving.
