Pasta with Alfredo Sauce and Fresh Herbs Thursday, August 25, 2011
8 oz penne (or other large tube) pasta
1 cup prepared Alfredo Sauce
½ cup fresh basil, coarsely torn
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup shredded (from the dairy case) Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Drain. Stir in Alfredo sauce and stir to coat pasta. Stir in herbs. Turn into a serving bowl and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top to serve.
