Ingredients
½ tsp dried marjoram
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
salt and black pepper to taste
4 bone-in pork chops
1 tsp olive or canola oil
½ cup water
2 tsp cornstarch
¼ cup low sodium chicken stock
Directions
Combine spices and sprinkle evenly over pork chops. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet and brown chops on both sides. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and allow to cook about 30 minutes or until tender. Remove pork chops and keep warm. Combine cornstarch and broth until smooth. Add to pan juices and bring to a boil, stirring. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickened. Pour over chops and serve.
