2 ½ cups pared and sliced apples
3/8 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend Sweetener
3/8 cup whole wheat flour
3/8 cup oatmeal
1 ½ TBSP cinnamon
1 ½ TBSP Smart Balance margarine
Arrange apples in a pan. Combine the Splenda, flour, oats, cinnamon, and margarine until mixture is crumbly. Press mixture over apples and bake at 350 deg for 45 to 50 minutes or until tops are browned. Serve warm and top with Greek yogurt studded with cranberries.
