1 refrigerated pie crust
4 cups ripe fresh plums, pitted and sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
Preheat oven to 375 deg. Allow crust to come to room temperature. Press into 12-inch round tart pan with a removeable bottom. Cover crust with plum slices laid into an attractive pattern with cut side up. Mix sugar and ginger. Sprinkle over the top. Bake about 40 minutes or until bubbly and starting to brown.
