Ingredients

Easy Fruit Salad

1 lb Food Club frozen mixed fuit
1 8 oz container vanilla (or lemon) fat free low sugar yogurt

Reduced Fat Brownies

1 sugar free brownie mix (9x9 pan size)
unsweetened apple sauce instead of oil as called for by the recipe
1 egg
water per package direction

Fruit Salad:

Allow the fruit to partially thaw. Stir in yogurt and serve.

Reduced Fat Brownies:

Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with baking spray. Mix apple sauce, egg and water with brownie mix until just moist. Turn into prepared pan and bake according pkg directions.
