Quick and Easy Peanut Clusters Wednesday, June 6, 2012


2 cups peanut butter chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 ½ cups dry roasted, unsalted, peanuts
1 cup crushed ridged potato chips


In a microwave safe bowl, melt the peanut butter chips and the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Stir in the peanuts and the potato chips until completely covered with the melted chips. Drop by level TBSPfuls onto wax paper lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm. Store in an airtight container.
