Ingredients

3 cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 25 to 30 cookies)
4 TBSP butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 20 oz can cherry pie filling

Directions

Mix cookie crumbs and butter and press evenly on bottom of a 9x13” baking dish. Bake in a preheated 325 deg oven about 10 minutes and allow to cool. With a heavy mixer, beat the cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together thoroughly. Pour evenly over cookie crust. Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over top. Bake in a 325 deg oven about 35 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
