Ingredients
1/3 cup frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed
3 TBSP yellow mustard
2 TBSP brown sugar
2 to 3 tsp hot sauce (to taste)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
6 to 8 whole chicken wings
salt and black pepper
Directions
Preheat broiler and place rack about 5 inches from heat. Line a baking sheet with foil. Whisk together concentrate, mustard, brown sugar, hot sauce, and Worcestershire in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer about 5 or 6 minutes or until mixture become syrupy. Cut tips from wings and separate at the joint to make 2 pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Place on prepared baking pan and broil about 10 minutes on one side. Turn and baste with glaze. Broil about 5 minutes more. Turn, baste uncoated side and broil about 3 minutes more until chicken starts to brown. Wings are done when the juices run clear if they are pierced. Serve hot.
