6 boneless pork chops
1 TBSP vegetable oil
1 pkg stuffing mix
1 21 oz can apple pie filling
Directions
In a skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium heat. Prepare stuffing according to pkg directions. Spread pie filling in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Place pork chops on top. Spoon stuffing over chops. Cover and bake at 350 deg for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer or until stuffing is brown.
