1 lb country sausage
1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
8 oz sliced mushrooms
3 or 4 cups cabbage, chopped
1 cup Alfredo sauce
8 oz wide egg noodles
Cook noodles according to pkg directions. In a large skillet, fry the sausage, breaking it up until it has lost all color. Drain. Add pepper, onion, and cabbage and cook, stirring until cabbage is almost done. Stir in mushrooms and allow to cook, stirring, until they give up their liquid. Add Alfredo sauce and stir to mix and come to a boil. Allow to boil about 1 minute. Place noodles on a serving plate and pour sausage mixture over. Serve hot.
