Ingredients

12 oz light yogurt, vanilla
1 pint strawberries, sliced
2 oz orange juice
1 TBSP agave nectar
4 oz balsamic vinegar
Directions
Wash strawberries. Remove tops and slice. Marinate strawberries in orange juice and agave nectar (can use sugar substitute or sugar instead of agave nectar). Let marinate 30 minutes. In clear glass or bowl layer 2 oz strawberry mixture, 4 oz yogurt, then 2 oz strawberry mixture. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
To make balsamic glaze: Place 4 oz balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan. Simmer and reduce to 1 oz volume. Let cool, then drizzle on parfait.
