Healthy Two Cheese Dip Friday, May 21, 2010


1 cup reduced fat sour cream
1 cup shredded good quality white cheddar (4 oz)
2 TBSP finely grated Parmesan
salt and pepper to taste
cut up raw vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers, zucchini etc)


In a small bowl, mix together cream and cheeses. Season with salt and pepper and serve with vegetables (or breadsticks or chips if you must).
