Ingredients
8 pieces frying chicken (your choice)
salt, pepper, garlic salt, and paprika
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 TBSP prepared mustard
2 TBSP brown sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 TBSP rosemary, chopped (or 1 ½ tsp dry, crumbled)
Directions
Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic salt, and paprika. Combine vinegar, ketchup, water, mustard, brown sugar, soy sauce, and rosemary. Pour over chicken. Bake in a 325 deg oven, uncovered, for 1 ½ to 2 hours or until browned and the juices run clear.
