Healthy Chocolate Mousse Monday, July 19, 2010
1 3 oz pkg Instant Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Jell-O® Chocolate Fudge
1 ½ cups low fat milk (or use skim milk)
½ cup low fat sour cream
2 cups light or fat free whipped topping
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Beat pudding mix into cold milk and sour cream in a bowl, using wire whisk or electric mixer, for about 2 minutes. Fold in the whipped topping, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir gently until well blended. Chill before serving.
