Ingredients

6 chicken drumsticks and 6 chicken thighs
1/2 cup honey (Dark honey is nice for this if you can find it)
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup soy sauce

Directions

Wash chicken pieces thoroughly and pat dry. Mix honey, mustard, and soy sauce. Place chicken in large baking pan. Pour half of honey-mustard-soy mixture over chicken pieces. Turn pieces to coat thoroughly. Bake at 375 deg for 30 minutes uncovered. Pour the rest of marinade over chicken, basting occasionally for the next 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked and golden brown.
