Caramel Kettle Crunch Sundaes Tuesday, July 27, 2010


1 scoop Blue Bell Caramel Kettle Crunch ice cream (approximately 2/3 cup)
¼ cup purchased caramel coated popcorn
2 tsp caramel dessert topping
2-3 TBSP canned whipped cream
1 TBSP candy-coated chocolate candies
1 TBSP candy-coated peanut butter candies
1 TBSP chopped roasted peanuts


Place ice cream in a chilled dessert bowl. Top with popcorn. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Add a decorative swirl of whipped cream. Sprinkle with chocolate candies, peanut butter candies and roasted peanuts. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.
