2 large tart cooking apples, peeled, sliced and roasted
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbl grated orange peel
1 Tsp cinnamon
Place peeled apples in 350 degree oven and roast until lightly browned. Add apples and rest of ingredients to large sauté pan and cook on med heat until apples are tender and mixture hot.
