1 unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie shell
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup country ham, chopped
½ cup onion
4 TBSP plain flour
1 cup buttermilk
In a bowl, place the cheese, ham and onions. Toss with flour. Beat together milk and eggs and pour over ham mixture. Turn into pie shell andbke for 10 minutes at 425 deg. Reduce heat and continue to bake at 350 deg for 30 to 35 minutes or until the quiche is puffed and brown. Serve hot, warm or cold.
