White Sauce: In double boiler heat 1/4 cup butter Mix in 1/4 cup flour Add 2 cups of milk, teaspoons of black pepper, salt and garlic. Heat until thick. Add 1 oz Parmesan Cheese. Ready to serve over seafood.
Grill Grouper and Shrimp until done. Grill seafood with salt and pepper to taste. Pour white sauce over seafood.
