Ingredients

1 cup meringue powder
2 cup water
1 tsp flavoring – Optional

Directions

Add powder and water to bowl and mix with a hand mixer until desired consistency. Add flavorings while mixing, you can also add coloring at that time. This will require beating for several minutes.
