Ingredients

1 head of iceberg lettuce
½ cup walnuts
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup gorgonzola cheese
½ cup cooked chopped bacon

White balsamic marinated grape tomatoes:
2 cups grape tomatoes washed and cut in half
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
1 TBSP fresh garlic
1 TBSP dry oregano
½ TBSP dry thyme
½ TBSP dry basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients for marinated tomatoes in a glass bowl, mix and refrigerate for one hour. Place wedge of lettuce on platter and top with tomato marinate, walnuts, gorgonzola, bacon, and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!!!
