6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into large chunks
1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/3 cup milk
1 6 oz pkg stuffing mix
1 2/3 cup hot water
Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine soup and milk in small bowl; mix well. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Combine stuffing mix and water. Spoon stuffing over chicken. Cover; cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
