1 Cup Arborio Rice,
5 Cups 2% Milk
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract (or to taste)
2 Tsp Cinnamon (or to taste)
Put all ingredients into a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 to six hours. After about 3 hours, check and stir to avoid lumps and burning on the bottom. This is good served warm or allowed to chill.
