What is the difference between burglary, robbery, and larceny?

Burglary is committed when someone breaks into a structure; it can be a
home or a business. The person has the intent of committing a crime
inside. Typically a burglary happens when no one is inside the building.

Robbery, on the other hand, involves the use of force or fear to take
another's property. For example, when someone walks into a bank and
implies they have a weapon that person is robbing the bank.

Larceny or theft is taking something of value from someone without their
consent.
