Why are older adults advised not to get the H1N1 vaccine?

According to health care professionals, current studies indicate the risk for infection among people age 65 or older is less than the risk for younger age groups. That's why it's important to get younger age groups vaccinated first. Once those folks are vaccinated, programs may include vaccination to people over the age of 65 without underlying medical conditions.
