A construction project in Lexington has a lot of people buzzing.
Brian in Lexington writes: What is the nature of the construction project at New Circle and Liberty Roads?
The 38,000 square foot building will soon be a Lexus Store of Lexington dealership.
Store management tells me they are moving their current business from the Nicholasville Road location.
Not only will it be a dealership, but the facility will also have a much larger service center.
The dealership says they hope to have construction finished by June, with a target opening set for July.
Beulah in Morehead writes: Why does Kentucky not require a vision test when you renew your driver's license?
Kentucky Statute does not require a vision test for renewal, although legislation has been introduced in recent years to amend it, but no change.
Officials with the Kentucky State Police who administer the tests, tell me that a vision screening is required if a driver's license has been expired for over a year.
One can also be ordered if an officer, concerned citizen, or physician has a concern about a driver's vision then they can request an evaluation.
The minimum vision requirement is 20/40.
